Management

Pinnacle Dietary can transform your dietary department into a dining service provider by employing the qualified food service director, assistant food service director and dietitian(s). Our highly skilled culinary and healthcare professionals are experts in their industry. All Pinnacle managers have proper credentials and are trained in all healthcare regulatory compliance and fine dining. Our managers are responsible for the entire operation of the dietary department and report to the facility administrator. Our managers follow an established system that ensures consistant client satisfaction while improving morale. All of this is provided to the facility on one monthly invoice calculated on a guaranteed per patient per day rate.
